We cut out all the unnecessary parts. Instead of multi-month retainers, bloated agency overhead, or expensive ongoing management fees, we focus on delivering a production-ready system in 14 days. You pay once for the build, then own and run it yourself — or we can manage it at a fraction of traditional agency costs.
From the moment you sign a contract, you should count 2 weeks before seeing your first campaign live. The first weeks are dedicated to building your email infrastructure: we set up secondary domains and mailboxes and warm these up. During the warm-up process, we build your lead lists and draft your email and/or LinkedIn sequences. This process usually takes 2 weeks — which means that we send our first outreach messages by week 3.
We don't use your primary domain to send our outreach emails. If you're doing so, you should stop already, as it can have some disastrous impact on your domain reputation overall. We create secondary domains that redirect to yours. We then create mailboxes to send our emails. Whatever happens with these domains — your main domain reputation is safe. Because we have a handful of different domains, we can scale our sending volume in a safe way without risking your primary domain's deliverability.
Once our first drafts are ready, we'll send them your way for review. We won't send any messages you're not happy with. Similarly, we send you the list of prospects we plan to contact before doing so. If you're not happy with our targeting criteria, we'll revise and recreate these lead lists. Full transparency and approval at every step.
We only charge a one-time fee at the beginning of our cooperation (below 2k EUR) that we use to setup the entire outbound system for you. At the end of the setup we will handover the workflows and all the tools to you, together they will cost below 300 EUR per month to maintain and continue the Outbound System. The first month of the tools is also included in the one-time fee. No long-term commitments, no hidden costs.
We create a client login in our sending tool. With this, you get a view of every relevant metric, such as: the number of leads contacted, the number of emails we send, the percentage of leads that opened our emails, and the percentage of positive replies. On top of that, we track additional metrics such as your email-to-lead ratio, contact-to-lead ratio and we further enrich results to get a sense of what are your best performing target segments. Real-time visibility into what's working.
The standard build includes one ICP and one outbound workflow. Multi-ICP builds are available as an add-on. We focus on quality and depth over quantity to ensure each workflow is production-ready.
CRM export/access, sending domain/email, and 3–6 hours across week 1 for alignment and approvals. We handle everything else — from list building to automation setup.
Replies are routed to your SDR/AE team. We provide reply handling SOPs and can manage replies for you as a managed service. The system is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing sales process.
We provide alternative paths (CSV imports, temporary sending domains) but the full guarantee requires access per the pre-read checklist. We work with your IT team to ensure smooth integration.
We align on qualification criteria during discovery (budget, authority, need, timeline) and validate meeting quality against those criteria. The guarantee is based on meetings that meet your agreed qualification standards.
We localize messaging for German (DE/AT/CH) and English. Additional languages are available on request. All content is culturally adapted, not just translated.
