Jonas Nikodimos started his career as an SDR at a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Munich, where he booked 107+ qualified meetings in just 4 months. That experience taught him how outbound really works when focusing on scalable processes. He then went all-in on outbound strategy, joining Agency Velocity, a Lead Generation mastermind with some of the top 1% B2B outbound agency owners worldwide.

Jonas became the Regional Director for DACH at Leadsify, Scandinavia's fastest-growing B2B Outbound Agency at that time, where he learned the ins and outs of scaling GTM systems, not just campaigns. He then got trained by Clay in their Internal Cohort IV program, going deep on n8n, automation, data analytics, and moved into GTM Engineering full-time.

At PREDICT, Jonas was one of the first employees to help build the GTM Engineering infrastructure internally and for clients. There he built the entire Outbound Systems for 41+ of the fastest growing B2B SaaS and Tech companies in DACH — including Instaffo, Randstad Digital, Frends, Objectbay and more.
